Cellular barcoding binds a labeled antibody to a cell in order to identify cell surface proteins or support cell hashing or multiplexing. This process leaves behind excess antibodies which are not removed during standard washing steps. 

Levitas workflows can remove unbound antibodies, reducing the likelihood of capturing and sequencing these tags and potentially confounding data points.
