Selected researchers will receive a fully funded single-cell Cellanome experiment through Psomagen.
Some biological questions require understanding not only what cells express, but how they behave over time. The Cellanome Research Grant provides researchers access to paired longitudinal imaging and single-cell RNA sequencing through Psomagen’s Cellanome service.
We're awarding two researchers a complete, full-service single-cell RNA-seq experiment on the Cellanome R3200 platform — pairing live cell imaging with single-cell sequencing on the same cells.
Each award carries a value of up to approximately $25,000, depending on each winner's experimental configuration and sample requirements.
Included:

One 3T Flow Cell — up to 8 lanes (single-cell RNA-seq), supporting up to 8 experimental conditions

Library prep and sequencing: mRNA-Seq, or mRNA-Seq + CRISPR-Seq (your choice)

Cell type: adherent or suspension (your choice)

Cell culture required for the Cellanome process

Full processing, QC, and data delivery
Not included (provided by winner or quoted separately):

Drug treatments, antibody treatments, and staining reagents — these depend on your specific project
- Proper shipping of cells and associated reagents — cells must be frozen per Psomagen guidelines and shipped on dry ice (guide provided).
