How It Works
Pooled Run combines samples from several labs into one batch and one sequencing lane. You send as few as one sample. A Dedicated Run processes a batch of up to 16 samples for your lab alone.

Send your samples. Ship Human or Mouse samples (1–8 for a Pooled Run; 9 or more, or any number, for a Dedicated Run): fresh or cryopreserved cells, or FFPE.

We run and sequence. In a Pooled Run, your samples share a batch and sequencing lane with other labs' samples; in a Dedicated Run, the batch holds only your samples. Each sample carries its own probe barcode.

You receive your data. We separate the data by barcode and deliver demultiplexed FASTQ files for your samples only.

Choose a Dedicated Run if you have 9 or more samples, or if you prefer that your samples will not be processed with other labs' samples.
Yes. Both the per-sample price and the batch fee are discounted through December 15, 2026.
Pooled Run batches are processed monthly, with cutoffs on November 15 and December 15, 2026, or sooner when a batch fills. A batch that is not filled may be carried over to a later batch. Dedicated Runs are scheduled individually after sample QC.
Human and Mouse cell suspensions (fresh or cryopreserved) and FFPE samples. We do not accept tissue. Rat samples can be run as a Dedicated Run; contact us for pricing.
We deliver your data as FASTQ files. Cell Ranger analysis is available at additional cost.
Yes. Let us know in writing before you ship your samples, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
Sample return is available if you request it when you place your order. Return shipping is at your expense.
Promotion Terms
Year-end promotion pricing applies to both GEM-X Flex v2 Pooled Run and Dedicated Run. Offer valid in the US, Canada, and select LATAM regions. For research use only (RUO). Use promo code D12FLEX26 when requesting a quote. PO and samples must be received at the Rockville, MD facility by December 15, 2026; samples received later are priced at standard rates. Includes sample QC, sample preparation, GEM-X Flex v2 library prep, and NovaSeq X sequencing; data delivered as FASTQ files, with Cell Ranger analysis available at additional cost. Human and Mouse cells and FFPE; fresh or frozen tissue is not eligible; Rat is available as a Dedicated Run at separate pricing. Promotion pricing is based on 20,000 target cells per sample; other targets are quoted separately. Pooled Run applies to 1–8 samples and processes samples with other customers' samples, separated by sample-specific barcodes; each customer receives only its own data. Pooled Run batches are processed monthly, with cutoffs on November 15 and December 15, 2026, or earlier when a batch fills; unfilled batches may be carried over to a later batch. Orders of 9 or more samples, or customers who prefer their own batch, are quoted as a Dedicated Run, scheduled after sample QC. Conditions stated in the quotation apply and are accepted with the PO. QC fees apply to samples that do not pass QC. Projects above 96 samples and custom projects are quoted separately. Quantities are limited; Psomagen may modify or end this offer without affecting issued quotes. Cannot be combined with other offers; discounts apply to service fees only.
