1,000-plex panels, combined for 2,000-gene coverage. Bespoke runs go from 1,000-plex through to whole transcriptome, with your own targets added in the custom panel designer.

Panel size: 50–19,000 genes

Largest spatial sample area

Up to 625mm² of imageable tissue per run — more sample on every slide, fewer runs to cover a cohort.

Runs on standard microscope slides, so your existing sectioning workflow carries straight over.
